Collection: inventory_notifications

The home bar is a collection of drinks and mixers. Each drink belongs to a category: beer, wine, mixed drinks, and so on.

The inventory_notifications collection is for all the notifications related to the drinks and tools & glassware in the bar. When we add a new item to the EC Proof, we add it to inventory_notifications.
