TBWC Strathclyde 31 Year Old Scotch

The TBWC Strathclyde 31-Year-Old Scotch is a single malt scotch whiskey distilled in 1987. It has an amber color, with a sweet and fruity nose. The taste of this scotch is sweet, with notes of fruit, vanilla, and honey. It has a long finish that's filled with flavors of spice and brown sugar. This scotch is best served neat or on the rocks.

Nose: Initially super light and tropical, with lots of pineapple and banana, a hint of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of honey develop with a flinty mineral backdrop.

Palate: Somewhat oily, with more floral honey, cereal notes, drying oak spice, and hints of candied citrus peel alongside vanilla pod.

Finish: A creamy finish of banana milkshake, with lingering notes of white pepper spice and butterscotch sweetness.
