St. George California Reserve is a limited-release apple brandy. Years ago, St. George made an unaged apple brandy for Eleven Madison Park, a three Michelin-starred New York restaurant. The remaining brandy was aged in ex-wine casks, and St. George’s B&E Bourbon and Single Malt barrels. Distilled from 16 local apple varietals to produce sweet and spicy notes of peach, cinnamon, and mint.
