6-8 mint leaves
20ml Lime Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
60ml Never Never Triple Juniper Gin

Add ingredients into your shaker tin, top with ice and give it a good hard shake for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into your favourite coupe glass and garnish with mint leaf.
