Scrappy’s Orleans Bitters is a beautifully handcrafted bitter created by Seattle bartender 
Miles Thomas. Made using organic herbs and spices, without the use of dyes or artificial flavorings, in small batches. Citrusy and with strong notes of anise, Scrappy’s Orleans Bitters are a recreation of the pre-Prohibition bitters originally made in the famous drinking city of New Orleans. Perfect in classic cocktails, including the Sazerac and Vieux Carre.
