Ransom Old Tom Gin

Ransom Old Tom recreates the long-lost flavor of traditional old tom gin, which was made with a touch of sugar and aged in a barrel. Six botanicals are steeped in a malted barleycorn base before being distilled in a French alembic copper pot still. Sweet, dry, and citric, with a smoky, wood finish.
