This rum was sourced from the “Don José Distillery in the Panamanian Jungle. Founded on what was the Republic of Panama’s first ever sugar mill – and a whole day’s trek from the nearest city – this remote location served up the perfect treasure for rum enthusiasts. 22 barrels were selected for the finest Panama 2010 vintage, 
Harnessing Plantation Rum’s signature double-aging technique, 8 years of rest in Central America are followed a further 5 years of maturation in French oak casks. Bursting with character, ripe fruit flavours combine with fresh coconut and undeniably alluring spices to create a taste as bold as its origin.
