The 2023 Black Cask edition is a marriage of two elegant rums distilled in Barbados and Venezuela. First aged in their Caribbean terroirs (Steadf West Indies Distillery and Destileria Sofa), these rums cross the Atlantic for a second maturation in Planteray’s cellars in south-west of France. There the toasted French oak casks bring out intense pastry and citrus notes in these special rums.
