Morris Port Barrel Single Malt Whisky

The first release of Morris Port Barrel, a collaboration with The Whisky Club, sold out quickly to eager whisky enthusiasts, earning a DOUBLE GOLD score at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2024.

This second batch, matured in ex Barossa shiraz barrels selected for their influence on the whisky's flavors, was finished in Morris family aged Tawny casks for added depth.  This magnificent whisky offers a tawny and chestnut color with hints of ruby hues.

On the nose, you'll detect notes of glazed cherries, chocolate-coated cinnamon rolls, and a touch of desiccated coconut. The palate is bright with dark red fruits, followed by hints of milk chocolate, raspberry sweets, and a touch of liquorice. The finish is long and decadent, with a warm spice and savory notes, along with lingering flavors of blackberry.
