Lairds Jersey Lightning White Apple Brandy

Jersey Lightning is a historical nickname for Laird’s Apple Brandy.  This 100-proof, clear, unaged brandy is the pure expression of our apple distillate.  Made from tree-ripened apples, it explodes with the aroma and flavors of cooked apples, figs, and peaches, while remaining incredibly soft and full in the mouth. Best sipped neat or used in cocktails.

Palate: Delicate, buttery, fruity spicy aromas of spiced fall fruits, sweet creamy meringue, and praline with a silky, bright, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a peppery, interesting, medium-long minerals, macadamia cookie, and pepper finish with soft tannins and no oak.
