No.3 in Diplomatico's Distillery Collection is their Copper Pot Still Rum. Diplomatico's Copper Pot Stills were brought to their La Miel Distillery in 1959 and was originally used in Scotland to produce Whisky. 

This Rum is produced from the best sugar cane honey, and its distillate is aged in small American Oak Barrels till optimum maturity. The result? A complex and delicious spirit, at the heart of Diplomatico's unique taste profile.
