Daron Fine Calvados starts with apples grown and pears grown in the countryside of Normandy, which is harvested at the peak of ripeness and fermented to produce cider. The cider is distilled in a small copper pot and aged in French oak. Warming, with fresh apple, toasted walnut, raisin, and vanilla flavors, Daron Fine Calvados makes for an excellent Jack Rose Cocktail.
