Redbreast 21 Year Pot Still Irish Whiskey

An Irish whiskey made with both malted and unmalted barley, aged in ex-bourbon and 1st fill sherry casks.

On the nose, tropical fruit notes with underlying vanilla, honey, and malt, with a tinge of nuttiness. 
On the palate, notes of summer fruit, with hints of vanilla and spice notes and a touch of wood. The finish is long and rich with prominent flavors of cinnamon, clove, and white pepper.
