The result? Extra layers of flavours and complexity and a touch of colour that takes this gin to a whole different level.
On the nose- Rich and bold notes of juniper and citrus give way to underlying notes of cardamom and a hint of cinnamon.
On the palate- Initial notes of Juniper comes with underlying depths of earthiness from coriander and cardamom with a viscous and creamy mouthfeel. This then subsides, revealing a burst of orange zest that leaves a lingering finish.
Served best with premium tonic or in a Negroni with a wedge of orange!
