Collection: Picon

Traditionally, picon is an aperitif traditionally consumed with a beer in the east and north of France. It is a caramel-coloured, dry drink made by drying raw oranges and then mixing them with a distilled alcohol solution. The last addition to Picon is sugar, syrup, and caramel; the other ingredients are gentian and quinquina.
