Planteray Single Cask Trinidad 2011: Kopke Port Cask Finish

A super limited edition Single Cask bottled exclusively for the EC Proof Rare Spirits Club in Singapore. This Trinidad 2011 comes from Trinidad Distillers Limited and has been aged 11 years in Bourbon casks, followed by further aging in Ferrand Cognac casks then finished in Kopke Port casks.

On the nose, it’s vibrant with dark and red fruits like blackberry, cherry and plum, balanced by tropical notes and a soft floral lift of rose.

The palate is rich and layered — raspberry, banana and apricot meet black pepper, violet, chocolate and hazelnut, finishing long with notes of mango, almond, leather, and a whisper of coconut.
