Hailing from the famed Long Pond Distillery, known for producing the world's most esteemed high-ester rums, comes Maison Ferrand's Plantation Extreme No. 3 Jamaica HJC 1996. It is aged for 22 years- 21 years in ex bourbon casks in Jamaica and then in ex cognac casks in France.

On the nose, it is bold and funky with underlying notes of caramelised bananas, brown sugar and cinnamon. Much like a Bananas Foster!
On the palate, you'll get cooked tropical fruit notes but also bold spice notes of cloves, allspice, and oak. It finishes long with notes of pepper and spices.
