TBWC Karuizawa 19 Year Old Japanese Single Malt Whisky - Batch 4

TBWC Karuizawa 19-Year-Old Japanese Single Malt Whisky is the fourth release of our award-winning, single malt whisky. We source this whisky from Japan's oldest distillery--the Tochigi Distillery in Karuizawa--which was founded in 1937 and has been producing quality whisky for more than eighty years.

Nose: Complex nose with an initial warmth and creamy notes - there's cocoa and oak, a pinch of spice and grapes, blackcurrant and raspberries

Taste: A fizz of spice that leaves the tongue tingling, with licorice and caramel coming through. There are autumnal stewed fruits and a jammy fruitiness

Finish: There's a dry salinity with lingering sweet hints - plums, raisins, and a sprinkling of brown sugar.
