This is a drink that is very popular in New Orleans. The recipe was invented by a bartender named Peychaud at a bar called the Sazerac Coffee House. It is served over ice with whiskey and an absinthe rinse. Also, it is served with a lemon peel which you can twist above your glass to release the oils on top of the drink.
