Mancino Chinato Vermouth

Mancino Chinato Vermouth is a creation of Giancarlo Mancino. Chinato starts as a mixture of Secco, Bianco, and Rosso Mancino vermouths. Barbera D.O.C.G wine soaked with quinine and cassia is then added to the mixture of vermouths. Rich, bitter, and dry – Chinato is a modern take on a classic Italian tradition of aperitifs and digestives – its herbaceous complexity will shine in craft cocktails.
