Fee Brothers Mint is from Fee Brothers, a family-owned company founded in 1863 in New York. Fee Brothers survived Prohibition by using glycerin as an alternative to alcohol to make bitters. Fee Brothers Mint tastes similar to crème de menthe, with sweet notes of peppermint. Use when fresh mint is not available, or to enhance the minty flavors of a Mojito or Mint Julep.
